I mean, they should have seen this coming. Two hot, single famous people can’t walk around in broad daylight without sparking dating rumors — it’s virtually impossible.
The two aren’t randomly hanging out, though. Jordan is set to direct and star in a remake of The Thomas Crown Affair, a sexy heist movie, opposite Russell. The news of her landing the part was announced Friday and, according to Deadline, her audition process was long and full of meetings, auditions, and a screen test, which she obviously passed with flying colors. But does their onscreen chemistry translate to the real world?
Beyond having the same job, both have also had recent high-profile breakups: Jordan’s last public relationship was with Lori Harvey and ended in 2022, while Russell’s last public relationship was with Harry Styles and ended in 2024. So are they Jordan and Russell in love? Or is this a classic case of co-workers just getting to know each other? Production for the movie will begin this summer in London, so I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
