The Flamingoes of Nigeria eliminated their Ethiopian counterparts from the 2018 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup qualifiers with an away goal aggregate victory.
Nigeria secured an impressive 1-1 draw in the first leg in Addis Ababa, and were able to consolidate that gain at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Saturday.
A 0-0 draw means Nigeria qualified on the away goal rule despite the 1-1 aggregate score line.
The goalless draw eliminated Ethiopia from the qualification series for France 2018, whilst Nigeria moved ahead to face the winner of the Cameroon/Algeria fixture in the second and final round of the series.
Cameroon defeated Algeria 4-0 away in Algiers a fortnight ago.
The 6th FIFA U17 Women's World Cup finals will hold in Uruguay 13 November to 1 December 2018.
